Free shipping on US orders over $75. We ship from our fulfillment center in California. All orders are packaged in plastic-free, compostable materials because the ocean deserves better.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day will generally begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before your order ships. During high-volume periods (new launches, sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and other US territories is available via Standard Shipping at $12.95 (flat rate). Expedited and Overnight options are not available for these locations.
P.O. Box deliveries are accepted via Standard Shipping only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via Expedited or Overnight service.
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Important — Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. AyeGirl has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing your order.
We are required by law to declare the full value of all international shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs charges.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order:

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), please contact us at hello@ayegirl.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with your building management. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim. Resolution may take 7–10 business days.
Stolen packages: AyeGirl is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered that are subsequently stolen. We recommend requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders, or shipping to a secure location. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local police and contact us — we will do our best to assist.
We begin processing orders quickly after placement, so address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@ayegirl.com with your order number.
AyeGirl is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
